CONCERNING
AMENDMENT TO THE ATTACHMENT OF REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE No. 12/M-DAG/PER/6/2005 ON PROVISIONS OF EXPORT RATTAN
THE MINISTER OF TRADE,
Attachment
Considering:
- a. that, in the framework of ensuring the smooth and effective export of rattan as Well as preserving the continuous supply of raw materials of rattan industry, it is necessary to amend attachment I to Regulation of the minister of trade No. 12/M-DAG/PER/6/2005 concerning provisions on the export of rattan;
- b. that based on the consideration as described in paragraph a above, it is necessary to stipulate a regulation of the minister of trade;
in view of:
- 1. Presidential Decree No. 187/M/2004 on the establishment of the united Indonesia cabinet, as has already been amended by Presidential Decree No. 8/M/2005;
- 2. Presidential Regulation No. 9/2005 on the status, tasks, functions, organizational structures and working arrangements of state ministries, as has already been amended several times and the latest by presidential regulation No. 94/2006;
- 3. Presidential Regulation No. 10/2005 on first-echelon organizational units and tasks of stare ministries, as has already been amended several times and the latest by presidential regulation No. 17/2007;
- 4. Regulation of the minister of trade No. 01/M-DAG/PER/3/2005 on the organizational and working arrangement of the ministry of trade as has already been amended several times and the latest by regulation of the minister of trade No. 22/M-DAG/PER/5/2007;
- 5. Decree of the minister of industry and trade No. 558/MPP/KEP/12/1998 on general export provisions as has already been amended several times and the latest by regulation of the minister of trade No. 01/M-DAG/PER/1/2007;
- 6. Regulation of the minister of trade No. 12/M-DAG/PER/6/2005 concerning provisions on the export of rattan as has already been amended by regulation of the minister of trade No. 18/M-DAG/PER/3/2006.

THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE ON THE AMENDMENT TO THE ATTACHMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE No. 12/M-DAG/PER/6/2005 CONCERNING PROVISIONS OF THE EXPORT OF RATTAN
Article I
Provisions in regulation of the minister of trade No. 12/M-DAG/PER/6/2005 concerning provisions on the Export of rattan is amended as follows:
The provision of article 3 is amended so as to read as follows:
"Article 3
(1) The quantity of the mixed and semi-finished rattan, which can be exported nationally as intended in Article 2 paragraphs (1) and (3) must observe the conservation of rattan plants and the need of raw material for domestic rattan industries.
(2) The quantity of the mixed and semi-finished rattan, which can be exported as described in Article 2 paragraphs (1) and (3) every year is stipulated by the minister of trade by observing inputs from agencies/institutions concerned.
(3) The volume of the mixed and semi-finished rattan as described in article 3 paragraph (2) in the July 2, 2007 June 30,2008 period is as contained in the attachment to this regulation."
Article II
The regulation comes into force as from July 2,2007
For public cognizance, the regulation shall be published in stare gazette of the republic of Indonesia.
